We also want to make working with Taking
Control, Christian and his associates as simple and
as enjoyable as possible.
As a representative of a Speaker Bureau
or as a Meeting Organizer or a Client organization,
Christian would like to meet with you to discuss the
requirements for your event or client.
Christian can develop his presentations
to suite your needs and audience.
As your event is part of your business,
Taking Control Pty Ltd will complete the engagement
efficiently, on time and on budget.
Terms of Engagement
1 Confirmation of Christian Peterson
or an associate to appear at your event or to conduct
a training session an engagement confirmation must
be completed and returned with a retainer fee of 35%
of the agreed fee.
2. On completion of the engagement the
balance of the agreed is due within even days. The
fee has been discounted for payment within seven days.
If you require a longer period of payment the normal
fee will apply.
3. Cancellation Policy
- If the client cancels the engagement, the 35%
retainer fee is not refundable.
- If the client cancels the engagement either
verbally or in writing within seven days of the
date in the Engagement Confirmation, the remaining
65% of the agreed must be paid within seven days.
- If Christian is unable to appear due to unforseen
circumstances, the client will receive a total
refund of any fee paid.
- Talking Control can arrange an alternative speaker
if required.
4. Payments may be made by cheque made
out to Taking Control Pty Ltd or by VISA.
5. When overnight accommodation is required
please book the accommodation in the name of the client.
Meals, min-bar and other incidentals will be met by
Taking Control Pty Ltd.
6. Please arrange business class for
all air flights.
These terms of engagement will allow
Christian and his associates to give a world-class
presentation to meet you needs.
